AGROCONTROL
The AGROCONTROL IoT platform (Farm Management System) is a completely Ukrainian development, built on modern technologies, and has mobile applications for iOS and Android with functionalities for each level of the enterprise.
The platform allows you to plan the budget of farm expenses, keep track of all expenses at the enterprise online, check planned expenses with actual ones, forecast your future harvest and margin. Even at the stage of production planning, the system will show and suggest the right path to obtain maximum results.
Allows you to effectively manage finances, clearly understanding where they are spent, so as not to waste unnecessary resources, ensures control over their use. Provides tools for timely and effective decisions, which directly affects the future result.
Accounting and control tools (materials, fuel, harvest, performance of technological operations, technical maintenance of equipment) allow for clear and transparent use of resources.
The platform offers a large set of solutions (modules) for agriculture, as a result, the client receives solutions to all his tasks (problems) through a single system window. This allows to minimize complex integrations with many other solutions and dispersion of the area of responsibility for the final result.
Land bank accounting:
- contractual relations with shareholders, lease agreements, electronic map of fields and plots;

Agroscouting:
- task from the chief agronomist (analyst) to inspect problem areas of the field;
- research of field areas, verification of task completion, photo fixation;
- fixation of pests, diseases, weeds.
Accounting and control over the use of goods and materials:
- budget planning of materials;
- plan/fact of materials introduction;
- photo-, video recording of introduction, use of materials;
- write-off of materials via mobile agronomist;
- acts of use.
Video monitoring:
- Gas stations, weighbridges, combines, sprayers, walk-throughs.
Stationary and mobile weather stations for monitoring wind, humidity, and temperature parameters during fertilizer and crop protection application:
- sum of active temperatures;
- sum of effective temperatures;
- precipitation for the period;
- average daily air and soil temperature.
Control over the collection and removal of crops from the fields:
- TTN from the field, e-TTN;
- ton-kilometers;
- gross harvest, yield;
- register, acts of carriers;

Checkpoint Magazine:

- checking the conformity of seals;
- recording engine hours.
Automation of weighing and elevators:
- automatic, operator-free scales;
- control of the correct positioning of the car on the scales;
- identification of transport by UHF tags, RFID cards, BLE tags;
- warehouses, sectional warehouses, remnants;
- guest cars.
Crop quality:
- determination of seeding density;
- determination of seeding quality.
Irrigation:
- water discharge rate per hectare;
- amount of water discharged per irrigation;
- number of irrigations per season;
- actual location of the irrigation machine.
Machine operator’s tablet:
- receiving orders on your smartphone;
- the volume of work performed online (hectares processed, fuel consumed, engine hours, fuel filled);
- accrued wages for work performed;
- downtime of equipment, indication of the reason for downtime;
- recording trips for freight and passenger vehicles;
- providing odometer readings, engine hours, and remaining fuel.
Agronomist’s tablet:
- confirmation of downtime of equipment from the machine operator;
- confirmation, transfer of data on the processed areas of equipment;
- write-off of goods and materials;
- confirmation of agricultural operations.
