// FAQ

Questions and answers

Can I connect multiple fuel level sensors?

Yes, up to 4 level sensors can be connected via RS-485 at the same time.

Is there NTP support?

Yes, so in the absence of a GPS signal, the tracker will transmit the correct date and time (important for gas stations and filling stations, where there is often no possibility of receiving a GPS signal).

Is it possible to remotely configure the tracker?

It is possible, but FOTA functions are not available for this model, so the configuration is performed using GPRS or SMS commands. For convenient remote configuration, we recommend the BI 530 C TREK v3 and BI 450 TREK models with FOTA support.
